How to Flash Freeze Bacon for Easy Storage and Frying<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

\"FlashStep 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gather Supplies – A flat surface that fits in the freezer, such as a cookie sheet, cutting board or plate. I used a Pyrex cutting board. I have mine pre-chilled but it is not a must. And Bacon.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place a single layer of bacon onto the flat surface.<\/p>\n

\"Flash<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place into freezer for an hour or until frozen.<\/p>\n

Step 4: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Remove from freezer after completely frozen.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carefully take bacon off of the flat surface. The bacon may have become slightly stuck to the surface.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once the bacon has been removed from the flat surface place in a labeled freezer bag.<\/p>\n
