How to Make a Scented Candle Out of Egg Shells and Crayons<\/h1>\n

Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gather supplies – Crayons, washed egg shells, cotton twine,\u00a0scissors, essential oils or sense oil,\u00a0craft sticks, glass microwave safe cup or bowl.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cut the twine\u00a0 to length and tie it to a craft stick.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place the twine into the egg shell using the craft stick to hold in place. Set to the side.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place the pieces of crayons into the cup. Microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each 30 seconds until all is melted smooth. CAUTION! The cup will be HOT! Use something\u00a0like a pot holder or\u00a0dry dish rag to\u00a0\u00a0hold the cup.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Add the\u00a0essential oil\/sense oil and mix well.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Very carefully pour into egg shells. Allow to cool completely.<\/p>\n

Step 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cut the craft sticks free. Light the wick (twine) and enjoy.<\/p>\n

You can remove the egg shell and use as a floating candle.<\/p>\n
