Homemade Envelope

Step 1:

Gather supplies – paper and glue or tape. I used glue this time.

Step 2:

Fold roughly 3/4 of the paper in 1/2 leaving about 1/4 of the paper as a unfolded flap.

Step 3:

Fold the flap over.

Step 4:

Unfold and put a thin line of glue on the outer edge of the big end of the paper.

Step 5:

Fold the flap back into place a pressing down on to glued edges to make sure they stick.

Step 6:

Once the glue is dry your homemade envelope is ready to use.

Note: If you are using tape simply bind the tape along the edge instead of gluing it. To seal the envelope use a thin line of glue along the lip of the envelope or use tape to tape it down.
